If there are any errors or defects in the IT/AV equipment in the classroom you have been assigned, please contact NAT-TECH AV Support on tel. 8715 0902 - the phone will be answered Mon-Fri 7.45-18.30. In the future you will also find flyers in all classrooms with contact information.
Facility management:
If you experience problems with building conditions in the classroom, you can write to NT-Byg Nord, NT-BygNord.Bygningsservice@au.dk. If it is urgent call Buildings Inspector Rasmus Fabech on 93508416.
Cleaning:
If you experience inadequate cleaning, you can write to team leader Berit Arneisen Basse bab@au.dk.
