Oral exam catering for external censorship
For external censorship at oral exams/defence, it is possible to order catering for examiners. It is not possible to order for internal censorship. Instead, you can bring coffee/tea from our kitchens.
What can you order?
Depending on the exam time, you can – at both Katrinebjerg and Navitas – order the following:
- Full day exam: Breakfast + beverage and lunch + beverage and sweet/fruit + beverage
- Morning exam: Breakfast + beverage
- Afternoon exam: Sweet/fruit + beverage
Exams at Navitas and Katrinebjerg
The examiner must fill in the order form for Navitas or Katrinebjerg. Please remember to use the latest form you find the form at the staff portal:
- Use the right order form depending on location.
- One order must be prepared per exam day, even if the exam is over two days.
- Remember clear dating, your name and the participant's name.
- Orders are sent directly to the e-mail address indicated on the order form.
- The form must be submitted no later than 4 working days before the exam.
- Cancellation must be made no later than three working days before the exam
