Unfortunately, this will mean a longer processing time for your inquiries to us. This may also mean changed opening hours, or completely closed help desks at Katrinebjerg and Navitas, just as onsite support will be limited. However, we try to keep the help desks open as far as possible.

We will give high priority to urgent cases and deal with these cases as quickly as possible.
