Longer case processing times regarding employment cases in NAT-TECH HR

We have experienced great growth in the number of employment cases, and this results in extended case processing times in NAT-TECH HR

Major growth

We are experiencing massive growth within a number of research activities, especially at Tech, but at Nat as well. The number of recruitment and employment cases have increased significantly and we expect this growth to continue in the years to come.

We have experienced a considerable increase in the number of appointments – especially in the period up to the summer holidays. This means longer case processing times in NAT-TECH HR, which we know has been unsatisfactory for all parties since we cannot get to all cases before the summer holidays. NAT-TECH HR will do everything we can to handle cases as quickly as possible!

What do we do in the short and long term?

In the short term

Start date for appointments

  • NAT-TECH HR are temporarily extending the current guidelines for processing time by up to six weeks due to the summer holidays, and unfortunately this might mean that new employees have to start their new positions later than originally planned.

Prioritisation and allocation of tasks

  • For a period of time, HR partners will be carrying out more operational tasks. This means that you cannot expect the usual level of service from your HR partners.

  • HR is reorganised 1 October 2023 to ensure a further specialisation of our work in HR. The HR Partner model and the PERMANENT VIP model will continue as before.
