Shorter deadline for settlement in RejsUd and notification of awaiting settlements
From the 1st of May 2023, this deadline for settlement in RejsUd will be aligned with other faculties and changed to 90 days.
Dear everyone with an AU credit card
When you use your AU credit card, you automatically receive the transaction in RejsUd, where you must place the expense at the place that will cover the cost; and this is called that you must settle your expenses in RejsUd.
The deadline for this settlement has so far been 180 days at the Department of Technical Science, after which salary deductions have been made on the amount that has not been settled in time.
From the 1st of May 2023, this deadline will be aligned with other faculties and changed to 90 days.
If you are approaching the deadline, AU Accounting will remind you that you have transactions that are approaching the deadline for salary deduction.
It is a good idea to settle your expense immediately after the purchase and, if it is needed, take photos of the receipts that must be attached to the settlement.
You can activate a notification function in RejsUd that reminds you to settle your expenses, as a notification is sent to you when transactions appear on your profile that are awaiting settlement.
