AU entered into a new coffee agreement on 1 December 2023. Our previous supplier JDE was replaced by BKI who will supply coffee, tea, and machines in the future. Since JDE has a monopoly on Cafitesse syrup coffees that our current machines use they are not a part of the new agreement. We have therefore had to terminate the lease agreement on the syrup machines – these will be dismantled in week 14.
Another machine with fresh beans will be leased and will be set up in the kitchen opposite the secretariat.
The fresh bean machine in the kitchen of 5132 will remain.
