Limited IT support on various dates in May
The IT helpdesks at Navitas and Katrinebjerg will be closed on 2 May, and the IT helpdesk on Campus will be closed on 13 May
- Thursday, 2 May 2024: The IT helpdesks at Navitas and Katrinebjerg will be closed due to a professional development day. On Campus, the helpdesk will be open from 8:30 to 14:30, and the phones will be staffed from 8:00 to 15:30.
- Monday, 13 May 2024: The IT helpdesk on Campus will be closed as it relocates from building 1521 to building 1525.
Due to the relocation, the distribution of IT equipment on Campus will be closed from Monday, 13 May through Wednesday, 15 May. Please expect longer processing times for support issues during this period.
