New Employee in the MEMA section
Søren Asp Nissen joined us as an industrial PhD on 1 January 2026.

We are pleased to let everyone know that we are welcoming a new staff member to our department.
Søren Asp Nissen joined us as an industrial PhD on 1 January. He will be working in the MEMA section on the project: DuMats - Durable & Sustainable Metal-Polymer Hybrid Materials Enabled by Architected Surfaces.
Søren, who graduated from the MPE, will be supervised by Michal Budzik with co-supervision from Tito Andriollo and Henrik Myhre Jensen.
We are looking forward to receiving Søren and hope you will all give him a warm welcome to our department.
