The collective agreement in the state sector provide greater flexibility
Changes have been made to the collective agreement in the state sector that provide greater flexibility with regard to your pension and your ability to accumulate (save up) leave.
Aarhus University is awaiting the final agreement documents, which need to be in place before we can implement the new rules.
