Summer holiday in the Administration Center Nat-Tech
True to tradition, the Nat-Tech Administration Center is closed for the summer during the period when the fire has been turned down in the core business.
The Administration Center Nat-Tech is more or less closed due to holiday in the weeks 28 to 30 (from Monday 6 July to Friday 24 July).
Nat-Tech Building Services is staffed throughout the summer – with summer holiday staffing.
Nat-Tech IT support is open from 09:00–13:00 on phone 87 15 09 44 and for personal attendance on campus. Other helpdesks in Aarhus are closed. AU Viborg and AU Roskilde, the IT support has limited staffing in weeks 28, 29 and 30.
Nat-Tech Studies Administration is present throughout the period, but with limited staffing. The student service email will be answered throughout the period. However, the chat is closed in weeks 28 and 29.
Nat-Tech HR is closed for the summer holidays in weeks 28, 29 and 30. There will be very limited staffing during this period.
Nat-Tech Finance is generally closed in weeks 28-30. During these three weeks of closure, there are only absolute emergency expeditions, and the following managers are available by phone where a message can be left and then the call will be answered as soon as possible:
