Oral exam catering

For external censorship at oral exams/defence, it is possible to order catering for examiners. It is not possible to order for internal censorship. Instead, you can bring coffee/tea from our kitchens.

What can you order?

Depending on the exam time, you can – at both Katrinebjerg and Navitas – order the following:

• Full day exam: Breakfast + beverage and lunch + beverage and sweet/fruit + beverage
• Morning exam: Breakfast + beverage
• Afternoon exam: Sweet/fruit + beverage

Exams at Navitas and Katrinebjerg

The examiner must fill in the order form for Navitas and Katrinebjerg:

• Use the right order form depending on location.
• One order must be prepared per exam day, even if the exam is over two days. 
• Remember clear dating, your name and the participant's name.
• Orders are sent directly to the e-mail address indicated on the order form.
• The form must be submitted no later than 4 working days before the exam.
• Cancellation must be made no later than three working days before the exam.
