Reservation of classrooms

When the study administration at TECH has scheduled the timetables for the upcoming semester, they release the classrooms during the timeslots where there is no teaching. They release the classrooms around 1 January and 1 July. Once the rooms are released, all employees can book them through Outlook. You book them the same way you book meeting rooms: You search for them in Outlook and invite the room, just as you would invite a guest to a meeting.

In the file to the right, you can get an overview of classrooms you can book through Outlook (at Katrinebjerg and other locations), their locations, and their capacities.
At the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering, we encourage you to book classrooms for your events yourself. For larger events (such as seminars and symposiums), you are welcome to ask for support with event coordination, including room booking, from the secretariat.

If you have any questions about the process for reserving classrooms, feel free to contact the secretariat (see contact information to the right).
