The Department's Business Committee strengthens the collaboration with the private sector. The committee's tasks include:
- function as an entry point for enquiries from companies and AU regarding business collaboration
- set annual objectives for the collaboration
- describe the department's positions of strength with relevance for the business community
- contribute to initiating co-operation
- contribute with information and reporting to the faculty management team.
The chair of the department's Business Committee also participates in the faculty's Business Committee.
